The Process
The rendering process begins when our expert team arrive in Newark at your home. They will first ensure that the target walls are clean and free of plant growth – they will fully clean and treat it beforehand if any problems occur. Then, a harling coat of aggregate and lime will be applied and left for a few days so that it can cure and maximise the bonding for future coats. When the initial coat is returned to and ready, the first coat of the actual render mixture is troweled on in the exact same way in which you would apply wall plaster , in even coats of around 8-10mm.
