Martin Shaw, who first approched me with regards to loft insulation was well presented, friendly and, most importantly, not a 'pushy salesman'. Megan, the lady who arranged my appointment was pleasant and friendly. Steve and Adam who came and did the job were efficient, friendly, clean neat and tidy and offered to hoover up after they had finished.
